Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period for change-of-mind purchases. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Change of mind returns

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.


Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@evalastudio.com.au as soon as possible.

In line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where a product:

  • is faulty
  • not as described
  • not fit for purpose

These rights apply regardless of whether the item has been worn or used.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Your rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
