How long does delivery take?

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within Australia only. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

How do I care for my Evala Studio jewellery?

To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store jewellery in the pouch or box provided when not in use. Gently polish with a soft cloth to restore shine.

How do I find my ring size?

We recommend using a ring sizer or measuring the internal diameter of a ring that fits you well. Our size guide is available on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.

Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality materials including sterling silver, gold vermeil, and stainless steel. Full material details are listed on each individual product page.

Orders & Payment

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are automatically sent to be pick once placed so please ensure they are correct when placed.  I some rare cases change may be possible so contact us as soon as possible at sales@evalastudio.com.au and we'll do our best to assist.
